Each summer, Burlington hires interns in our Corporate Office and Distribution Centers to work on challenging projects with the best minds in the business.

Eligibility Requirements

Students must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's/MBA-level program to be eligible for an internship. Other eligibility requirements may apply based on the requirements of the specific internship assignment.

SUPPLY CHAIN LEADER'S PROGRAM

If you're interested in a career in Distribution and Supply Chain, our Supply Chain Leader's Program is an incredible opportunity. This 6 month program prepares recent graduates for an immediate Supply Chain leadership position with our company. During the program, you will interact with various departments throughout our organization, as you learn the operations of a national off-price retailer, including:

• Inventory Control
• Inbound Scheduling and Planning
• Distribution Center Operations and Store Distribution
• Procurement
• Facilities
• Transportation

Eligibility Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Economics, Business Administration or a related area
• 3.0 GPA or higher
