You’ll starting your career where success is a way of life.
Tomorrow’s leaders are today’s college students, and at Burlington we believe in investing in the best and brightest students of today to help them grow into the strongest, most intelligent leaders of tomorrow. We do this through several key programs, including our college internships, our Supply Chain Leader Development Program, as well as campus events and career fairs at select colleges and universities.
Each year, we participate in various campus events and career fairs at select schools. Contact your career placement office to find out if we'll be visiting your campus.
Unlike many other internship programs where interns are making coffee and copies for everyone in the office, our program truly focuses on introducing students to the real world of retail. Whether in the corporate environment or in one of our stores, we prepare our interns for an exciting career post-graduation.
“You really work hand-in-hand with the buyer and you are going out to market with them, you’re watching them negotiate… you’re not just sitting back at the office.”
